AI-powered compliance tracking, built for General Aviation — not airlines

Know what's due on your aircraft before it catches you off guard.

It's the night before a trip and you're digging through a shoebox of logbooks trying to remember when the transponder check was last done. AviaPulse ends that. Its AI scans the FAA Federal Register for you, reads the dense regulatory text, and tells you exactly what's coming due, before it becomes a problem.

Built by someone who talks to GA mechanics and shop owners every week — not a venture-backed team that's never turned a wrench.

ANNUAL DUE 42 days remaining
Live compliance tracking — 30-day / 10-hour advance alerts

There's nothing between the $12 apps and the $2,000 platforms.

Consumer apps track hours and stop there. Enterprise platforms are priced and built for airline fleets — nine-week onboarding included. If you're flying anywhere from one aircraft to a small fleet, you've been stuck choosing between too little and way too much. AviaPulse is the size that actually fits.

How the AI helps

The AI does the reading. You and your team make the calls.

The slow part of maintenance compliance is reading: dense regulations, long data sheets, years of scanned logbook pages. AviaPulse uses AI for that reading so you get your time back. Anything it isn't sure about is flagged for you to review.

It reads new ADs for you AI

Every day, AviaPulse checks the FAA Federal Register and uses AI to read each new Airworthiness Directive. It matches them to your airframe, engine, and propeller, so you see what applies to your aircraft instead of wading through what doesn't.

It reads your logbook pages AI

Upload scanned or handwritten pages. AI reads them, flags anything it can't read with confidence for you to check, and makes every page keyword-searchable.

It reads the data sheets AI

Upload a Type Certificate Data Sheet once, and AI pulls the eligible engines, propellers, and appliances for that model, so your AD list starts from the right place.

It answers your questions AI

A built-in help assistant answers "how do I…" questions about using AviaPulse, so you're not stuck waiting on an email.

The AI is a reading assistant, not a decision-maker. Airworthiness decisions stay with you and your team, every time.
What's actually built in

Compliance depth without the enterprise price tag.

Every item below is live in the product today — not a roadmap slide.

Auto-populated AD list from FAA manufacturing data

Upload the Type Certificate Data Sheet once for an airframe or engine model, and AviaPulse pulls the eligible engines, propellers, and appliances automatically — no competitor at any price point does this.

Daily automated AD scanning

Checks the FAA Federal Register every day — matching the Register's own real publishing pace — and AI reads each new AD and flags genuinely new ones before they become a surprise.

Digital logbook search

Upload scanned or handwritten logbook pages — AI reads them, flags anything uncertain for your review, and makes every page keyword-searchable in seconds.

Write-up to logbook entry, automatically

Report a squawk, resolve it, and AviaPulse builds the logbook entry for you — ready for you to review and sign.

Team accounts with real access control

Give mechanics their own logins with the right level of access — and revoke it instantly if someone leaves. No more sharing one password across a shop.

Onboarding in a single sitting

Enterprise platforms take 9+ weeks to onboard a fleet. AviaPulse is built for a single afternoon — enter your aircraft, and you're tracking.

New — scheduling & billing

Everything a flight school or club needs to run operations, not just track compliance.

The scheduling-and-billing bundle competitors charge enterprise prices for, for exactly this segment — now built into AviaPulse too.

Flight timer

Start a timer instead of writing down Hobbs/tach by hand. Stop it when you land — hours update automatically.

Aircraft reservations

Pilots and students book the aircraft themselves, with automatic conflict detection so two people can never double-book the same plane.

Labor time tracking

Mechanics clock time against a write-up with one tap, priced from your shop's own rates automatically.

Rate book & invoicing

Set your rates once — rental, labor, instruction — and generate real invoices straight from logged flights and completed work, not a spreadsheet.

Available as an add-on, turned on per account — pricing not yet set.
Pricing

Three tiers. Pick the one that matches how you already work.

These tiers are still being finalized as we onboard our first real customers — exact feature boundaries may shift slightly. Every account is set up personally, not through a self-serve signup form. Want in before standard pricing applies? See the Pioneer Program below.

Tier 1
Manual Entry
$49 /mo
  • 1 aircraft
  • All 7 FAA compliance items tracked
  • Flight log & write-up system
  • Auto logbook entry generation
Tier 3
API Connected
$149 /mo
  • Multiple aircraft — fleets and schools welcome
  • Everything in Tier 2
  • Early access to Veryon, CAMP, or AvPro connections
  • Priority onboarding and support
Direct platform integrations are being onboarded with early customers first.
AD/SB Monitor add-on available on every tier — automatic scanning, AI parsing, and conflict alerts. Team accounts are included on every tier.
Running a school or club? Reservations, labor tracking, and invoicing are available as add-ons too.
Running a larger fleet, or need this for a flight school? Let's talk — pricing scales with your fleet.

— of 10 Pioneer spots remaining
You get your first aircraft free for 12 months — the full product, including AD/SB Monitor — while you're active in the program. You also get 20% off any additional aircraft or modules for those same 12 months.
In return, we ask for three things
  • 1
Use it for real — log your actual flights, actual write-ups, actual ADs, and help us troubleshoot by telling us honestly what's confusing, missing, or wrong.
  • 2
A few introductions — once you're genuinely using it, introduce us to other operators, mechanics, or shops who deal with the same compliance headache.
  • 3
Permission to name you as a reference — once you're up and running, we'd like to be able to say you use AviaPulse. If you're happy with it, we'd also welcome an honest review (we'll note that your first aircraft was free). In return, we're glad to promote your business to our own audience — a real two-way introduction, not a one-sided ask.

Before you ask

The questions every operator asks first.

How do I know my data is secure?

Your data is completely isolated from every other customer's at the database level — not just hidden in the interface. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest through Google Cloud's infrastructure. We haven't gone through formal certifications like SOC 2 yet — that's something we'll pursue at a larger scale — but the fundamentals are built the right way from day one.

How does the AI work, and who makes the final call?

The AI does the reading: new ADs, data sheets, and scanned logbook pages. When you upload a logbook page, it's sent to an AI service provider (Anthropic) so it can be read. Anything the AI isn't confident about is flagged for you to review, and it doesn't make airworthiness decisions. Those stay with you, your A&P, and your IA.

What actually separates this from CAMP or Veryon, besides price?

Those platforms are built for airlines and large fleets with dedicated maintenance departments — sales-gated pricing, and real users report onboarding takes 9+ weeks even for a single aircraft. AviaPulse is built around how a small operator actually works, and it uses AI to do the setup work those platforms still make you do by hand: it reads and digitizes your existing paper logbooks automatically and resolves the exact ADs eligible for your specific airframe and engine from FAA data instead of a generic checklist. It also builds your logbook entries from resolved write-ups, so there's no retyping. That's why onboarding here is a single sitting, not nine-plus weeks — and why the price is just the price on this page, not a number you get after a sales call.

Does this replace my mechanic or IA?

No — and it shouldn't. AviaPulse is a compliance-tracking aid that tells you what's coming due and helps you stay organized. Every inspection, sign-off, and airworthiness decision still rests with a licensed A&P or IA.

I'm not very technical — is this hard to set up?

No. Every account is set up personally — you're not filling out a signup form and figuring it out alone. Onboarding your first aircraft takes about 15 minutes, with someone walking you through it.

I built AviaPulse after watching operators and mechanics I know get stuck between a $12 app that only tracks hours and a $2,000-a-year platform built for airlines. Right now I do every setup myself — if something's confusing or missing, you're talking directly to the person who can actually fix it, not a support queue.
